Yes, there are also windmills in Pagudpud located near the famous Saud white beach.

Batanes of the North
You’ll get this incredible sea view from the top of the hill. In addition, many windmills can be observed in the distance. Take a moment to record a movie or a selfie, or relax and enjoy the scenery.
